Please do not send us acknowledgments, confirmations, or proof of payment.<\/p><p>Following your payment, you will not receive a confirmation. Note the transaction number that Stripe will provide you after payment. Please wait at least 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment before contacting us if you do not receive your codes.<\/p><p>Upon receiving your codes for the remote test, please read the <a href=\"https:\/\/action-communication.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/BrightSecure_User_manual_EN_20210329bis.pdf\">INSTRUCTIONS<\/a> carefully to ensure a smooth testing session.<\/p><\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                        <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n                        <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"faq2\">\n                            <button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#eco-faq-item-13502\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"eco-faq-item-13502\">\n                                What are the expected timeframes?                            <\/button>\n                        <\/h2>\n                        <div id=\"eco-faq-item-13502\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"faq2\" data-bs-parent=\"#eco-faq\">\n                        <div class=\"accordion-body\"><p>If you take the remote test, you will receive your access codes to take the Bright Language test online within 2 business days. Upon receiving your codes, you will have 7 days to take the test at your convenience, without needing an appointment. There's no need to inform us beforehand.<\/p><p>During the test, you will be filmed and recorded, and your screen will also be recorded. These data will then be analyzed and validated by an examiner.<\/p><p>Please allow up to 5 business days after taking the test to receive your results.<\/p><p>If you wish to retake the test, you will need to register again via the form and pay for a new test, adhering to the following waiting periods:<\/p><p>The waiting period between the first and second attempts is 30 days.<\/p><p>The waiting period between the second and third attempts is 90 days.<\/p><\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                        <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n                        <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"faq3\">\n                            <button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#eco-faq-item-13503\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"eco-faq-item-13503\">\n                                 How does the payment process work?                            <\/button>\n                        <\/h2>\n                        <div id=\"eco-faq-item-13503\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"faq3\" data-bs-parent=\"#eco-faq\">\n                        <div class=\"accordion-body\"><p>Please note: Before making the payment, ensure that your computer's power and internet connection are sufficient and meet the requirements explained in the form or instructions (below), as this could disrupt your test.<\/p><p>Payment is made online by credit card via Stripe, a secure online payment platform.<\/p><p>If someone else is paying for your test, please forward them the email with the Stripe link.<\/p><p>You will need to click on the Stripe link to pay by credit card. You will need to click on the blue \"Pay Now\" button to pay your invoice. Please be aware that any payment through the Stripe system is secure. Note the transaction number that Stripe will provide you after payment.<\/p><p>If the link does not work from a phone, please use a computer. You can pay your invoice even if it is marked as \"Overdue\". The payment is effective and recorded when the invoice is marked as \"Paid\". After 3 months, the link expires (\"This link has expired\"), so please email us to request a new link (email: <a target=\"_new\">info@action-communication.ca<\/a>).<\/p><p>If payment does not work on the Stripe link with your credit card, please contact your bank.
